All transactions on 22phjoy are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of any game, 22phjoy reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund any wagers placed during the affected period. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 22phjoy platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 22phjoy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22phjoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
22phjoy does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 22phjoy's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
